Paper Does Not Feed Properly IP2700 & IP1300

Confirm the paper conditions.
If using a non-Canon genuine media, ensure that the paper is not too thick (less than 105 gsm/28 lb).
Ensure that the paper is not too thin (more than 64 gsm/17 lb).
Ensure that the number of sheets loaded does not exceed the recommended level.
Ensure that the paper is not creased, curled, or wrinkled.
When setting paper in the Auto Sheet Feeder, take the followings into consideration:
When setting several papers in the Auto Sheet Feeder, align the leading edge of papers before setting them.
Set the Paper Guide lightly attached to the left side of papers.
Ensure that there is no foreign object in the Auto Sheet Feeder.
When printing on envelopes, refer to "Envelopes", and prepare the envelopes before printing.
Once you have prepared the envelopes, load them in the printer in portrait orientation. If the envelopes are placed in landscape orientation, they may not feed properly.
You may need to clean the Paper Feed Roller. Follow the procedure below.
Since the Paper Feed Roller cleaning exhausts the Paper Feed Roller, perform only when it is needed.
Three sheets of A4 or Letter paper are required for the cleaning. Have them on hand.
